How to Order

Students, regardless of location or program of study, MUST make an appointment with the Bookstore to purchase textbook/course materials.

  • To maintain proper social distancing measures, as required by the CDC and other governing agencies, we will not be able to serve students who do not make an appointment in advance.

For students paying with cash, check, or debit/credit card:

  • The first available appointments will be on Monday, May 17th.
  • If you desire to pick up your course materials between  May 17th-May 21st, please choose the appropriate campus service that specifies “cash/check/card textbook pickup”.
  • For appointments beyond May 24th, please choose the “textbook pickup (all payment forms)” service on your campus.
  • You may make an appointment by clicking here.

For students using financial aid (i.e., Pell Grant, SEOG, VA, WIOA, scholarship) to pay for course materials:

  • The first available appointments will be Wednesday, May 19th.
  • Please choose the “textbook pickup (all payment forms)” service on your campus.
  • You may make an appointment by clicking here.
  • If you make an appointment for any earlier than May 19th and desire to use financial aid funds in the Bookstore, we will have to ask you to reschedule for a later day/time. This is a federal guideline and cannot be overridden.
  • Financial aid funds must be set up in your OneACCS account before our Bookstore can charge these expenses.
  • Additionally, you must authorize the use of financial aid funds to be used in the Bookstore (this process is also done in OneACCS – see the attached email for details).
  • Finally, in order to utilize Financial Aid, you MUST bring your ID (driver’s license or student ID) with you and have it on your person.

To help us expedite our service to you while on campus, we ask that you please complete one of the attached order forms and bring with you to the Bookstore.

  • There is no need to submit this order form back to us, as we will not be fulfilling orders in advance as we have done in the past.

Ensure you have your A Number readily available when you arrive to the Bookstore, as we will need this information to process your order.

  • Upon making your appointment with us, you will receive more information on where to report and what to bring with you once on campus.
  • The course supply list, along with pricing, will be made available to you via student email later this month.

As always, if you have any questions, please email us [email protected].
